If this definition is a bit long, consider learning adaptive working processes by building the deliverables you are engaged in your daily work. This is a deep learning experience where we collaboratively engage team members while delivering their tasks in hand! Unlike simulations of real-world scenarios, <strong>ASVPM&#8217;s <em>Immersive Experience\u00ae<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0integrates members of our organization within clients\u2019 teams to iteratively and continuously practice various Adaptive approaches during their deliverables. <strong>ASVPM&#8217;s<\/strong> <em><strong>Immersive Experience\u00ae<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0<strong>framework<\/strong> provides \u201c<em>training by doing<\/em>\u201d that is modified to the client\u2019s environment, teams, and way of working to progress through the client\u2019s projects and deliverables.<\/p>\n<p>Main aspects of <strong>ASVPM&#8217;s <em>Immersive Experience\u00ae<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0framework include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Engaged with client\u2019s leadership<\/strong>: Communicate with (organizational\/team) leadership to assess current processes, environmental setting, project or product state of work, and analysis of appropriate <strong><em>Immersive Experience\u00ae<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0training, workshops, and tasks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>ASVPM team collaboration<\/strong>: Understanding the strategic goals and tactical deliverables, our leadership will propose a plan of action, customize it to each team\u2019s needs, and suggest an <em><strong>Immersive Experience\u00ae<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0training program. We will track, report, and enhance the progress towards delivering the values.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enhanced participation<\/strong>: Team members and program participants will actively engage in value delivery progress at every level. They will also participate in decision-making, problem-solving, and task delivery as part of their daily work schedule.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Daily work Engagement<\/strong>: ASVPM Framework is planned for our clients&#8217; actual\/current project and product development lifecycle. We will use actual deliverables of projects and\/or product features so the participants elevate their understanding of adaptive principles and collaboration values using iterative deliveries. ASVPM&#8217;s framework helps clients build their trusting and ever-evolving organizational culture using daily staff mandates within the scope of their duties.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Feedback Engine<\/strong>: ASVPM\u2019s framework is based on continuous and iterative retrospective sessions, during which members and teams define their next-best approaches and action items. This will enable members, teams, and the organization to adjust various approaches, learn from antipatterns, and improve continuously.<\/li>\n<li><strong>ASVPM\u2019s collaborative surface<\/strong>: Our work and training sessions are based on <em>teamwork<\/em> and <em>full collaboration<\/em>, allowing participants to learn from each other and share their experiences and insights within their actual work and from tranches of their working environment.
